On Friday, June 11th, 2021, The Connecticut Assisted Living Association hosted the Annual Outstanding Resident Service Awards. The presentation was highlighted by nationally recognized speaker, Jessica Rector, who addressed the audience with an engaging and motivating session. Following the motivational program, the live award ceremony took place recognizing the employees who have been selected for their dedication and courageous efforts in providing service to the residents of their communities over the past year.
“CALA is pleased and excited to honor the professionals in our field who have demonstrated excellence by providing outstanding service to residents,” said Christopher Carter, CALA president. “CALA members were inspired by Jessica Rector’s morning program followed by awards presented for outstanding and noteworthy resident service and a sumptuous lunch overlooking Long Island Sound at the lovely Water’s Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook.”
