Sponsorship Opportunities
$5,000 Title Sponsor – This is the sponsor of the opening and closing sessions. Your exhibitor booth includes four admissions and you’ll receive four additional admissions. This sponsorship includes a headline listing on the signage at the entrance and a full-page advertisement in the program (8.5 x 11”). It also includes a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a listing on sponsor boards. Your name/logo will be prominently located on the website and newsletter for one year.
$3,100 Keynote Sponsor – Sponsor the keynote speaker and get an exhibitor booth that includes two admissions and you’ll receive two additional admissions. This sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the program (8.5 x 5.5”). It also includes a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a listing on sponsor boards. You will be acknowledged on the website and newsletter for one year.
$2,600 Contributing Sponsor – Sponsor one conference breakout session and get an exhibitor booth that includes two admissions and you’ll receive two additional admissions. This sponsorship includes a quarter-page advertisement in the program (4 x 5.5”). It also includes a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a listing on sponsor boards. You will be acknowledged on the website and newsletter for one year.
$1,400 Supporting Sponsor – Includes an exhibitor booth with two admissions and you’ll receive one additional admission. This sponsorship includes a quarter-page advertisement in the program (4 x 5.5”), a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a listing on sponsor boards. You will be acknowledged on the website and newsletter for one year
$600 Reception Sponsor
This sponsorship includes a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a recognition sign at reception.
Exclusive Sponsorships
$2,600 Breakfast, Lunch or Dessert Sponsor – Your exhibitor booth includes two admissions and two additional admissions. This sponsorship includes a half-page advertisement in the program (8.5×5.5″ horizontal), a listing on the back cover of the program, a listing in the program by business category, a tent card on tables with name of your company, and acknowledgement on the website and newsletter for one year.
$1,750 Conference Bag Sponsor – The sponsor logo will go on one side and the CALA logo on the other side. Your exhibitor booth includes two admissions and two additional admissions. This sponsorship includes a quarter-page advertisement in the program (4 x 5.5”), a listing on the back cover of the program indicating the level of support, a listing in the program by business category, and a listing on sponsor boards. You will be acknowledged on the website and newsletter for one year.
$1,750 Coffee Break Sponsor – Sponsor of the coffee break during the trade show with signage. Your exhibitor booth includes two admissions and one additional admission. This sponsorship includes a quarter-page advertisement in the program (4 x 5.5″), and a listing in the program by business category as well as acknowledgement on the website and newsletter for one year.
$750 Lanyard Sponsor
Sponsor supplies lanyards. This sponsorship includes a listing in the program by business category.
$400 Conference Pads Sponsor – Sponsor supplies notepads.
Advertising Opportunities
$675 Full-Page Ad – Includes an 8.5 x 11′ advertisement in the program.
$500 Half-Page Ad – Includes an 8.5 x 5.5′ advertisement in the program.
$400 Quarter-Page Ad – Includes a 4 x 5.5′ advertisement in the program.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitor Booth Only Reservations
Each exhibitor receives one 8′ x 8′ booth, one 6′ skirted table with two chairs, and breakfast, lunch and reception for two people. Booth selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
