In May, CALA member Academy Point at Mystic, A Benchmark Senior Living community, had their Receptionist Jane Whipple selected as a recipient of an Argentum “Hero” Award. Jane was recognized at the 2022 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference & Expo at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
On hand to issue the award was Argentum President and CEO, James Balda. Argentum is a leading national trade association serving companies that own, operate, and support professionally managed senior living communities. The “Hero” awards issued are meant to honor recipients for their extraordinary work over the last year in serving residents and the senior living profession.

Jane was joined by two other recipients to receive this honor, one from Arizona and another from Illinois. CALA is ecstatic to have one of our members receive a national recognition, especially for highlighting their services with residents.
