- Education/Professional Development – Connecticut state specific educational opportunities designed for senior housing and aging service providers to enhance overall operations and quality of life for the residents we serve. Access to a regular calendar of seminars on a variety of educational and pertinent topics, as well as certification courses for key staff members and CALA's new memory care accreditation initiative - the Purple Flag for Dementia CareTM program.
- Advocacy & Public Policy Updates – CALA works with the state's largest lobbying firm to provide timely and effective advocacy efforts. As a CALA member, you will receive the latest news on legislation and regulations that impact our industry at both the state and national level.
