FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here is a short video that will help demonstrate what a virtual exhibit hall looks like and how it functions.

A virtual exhibit hall functions like a 3D video game environment. Attendees can access this 3D virtual reality-like environment from a desktop Internet browser.

Using the arrow keys on their keyboard, attendees can move around the exhibit hall and interact with virtual exhibit booths. As an attendee moves in close to the high-resolution booth panels, a pop-up box will appear with more information about that exhibitor. Each exhibit panel has a “More” button to link to any web page on the Internet.

Each exhibit booth contains two dynamic panels. The left-side and right-side panels each open with custom text about that exhibitor. The panel text is also accompanied by a “More” button. These “More” buttons can link to any web page on the Internet.

These web pages can be links to your Company Homepage, PDF documents, YouTube Videos, Video Conferences and more.

When an attendee approaches a booth and zooms in on the left-side and right-side panels, a pop-up text box with a “More” button will automatically appear. After reading the booth information you provide, attendees can choose to select the “More” button to click through to your website or any other web page you may like to drive traffic to, such as a YouTube channel with a video.

There is no in-app chat at this time. Attendees can contact exhibitors using the “More” button links in each exhibit panel. The button can link to exhibitor contact forms or other methods of contact via a web page.

When an attendee visits your booth, the easiest way for them to contact you would be through the use of the “More” button on your left-side or right-side panel. Those buttons can link to a Contact Us page on your website or meeting request form.

In addition to conference attendees connecting with you through the use of your exhibit booth, please know that we will also be featuring all of your contact information on our event website for our attendees to reference at any time, as well as within our printed program.

CENTER PANEL = 1200 x 668 Pixels
This panel will wrap around the sides of your booth. The left-side wraparound section is roughly 186 pixels wide and the right-side wraparound is roughly 176 pixels wide. We suggest extending your booth/background colors into the wraparound areas rather than utilizing the space for important information or logos. Your primary design space will equate to 838 x 668 pixels.

TABLE PANEL = 1200 x 528 Pixels
This panel will also wrap around the sides and back of your table display. Each wraparound section is approximately 434 pixels wide and should be filled with a solid color of your choice. You will need to focus your table design (company name or logo) within the middle section of this panel. Your primary design space will equate to 332 x 528 pixels. We suggest providing a design with a solid color background featuring your logo or company name in the middle to display on the front-side of the table.

SIDE PANELS = 528 x 1200 Pixels
Your side panels do not have wraparound sections. You may create your designs utilizing the entire space available. This is a great section to feature images or video stills, as you will be able to link your booth visitors through a “More” button to view a video about your company, product, or services, or even to download additional information in .pdf format.

We have created an online form submission where you can upload and submit all components of your booth design. Please be sure to submit all booth panels in .jpeg format.
