Keynote Session Title: Finding Levity, Connection, and Services in the Midst of a Cyclone

Session Description: CALA is pleased to present a keynote panel discussion featuring two individuals of emotional resilience, self-care, and the power of humor and empathy in navigating the challenges of caregiving and crisis management.

Seth Herzog is currently the resident comedian and sketch performer at “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Besides appearing on VH1 for ten years as a humorous commentator, he has also had memorable turns on Comedy Central’s “Broad City,” “Chappelle Show,” “John Oliver’s NY Stand Up show,” “@midnight,” & “Stella.” You may have seen him on NBC’s “30 Rock”, and E!’s “Number One Single” as well as in the films; “Role Models,” “Prime,” “In the Weeds,” “The Baxter,” and “The Ten.” Seth stars in the Amazon comedy “Boy Band.” He’s also been a regular panelist on MSNBC’s “The Beat with Ari Melber.” and Fox’s “Red Eye with Tom Shillue.”

Seth is the producer and host of the much-beloved, long-running downtown NYC comedy show “Sweet”, and opened for Jimmy Fallon on his “Clean Cut Comedy” tour.

A Roswell, New Mexico native, Montgomery Frazier began his creative career after a 4 year stint with the Hyatt Corporation. Now a Manhattan resident, Montgomery counts among his very extensive credits creative design and styling work with Madonna, Cher, Duran Duran, The Monkees, MTV, Downtown Julie Brown, Dolce & Gabbana, Emporio Armani, Project X, Liv Tyler, Milla Iovovich, Dee-lite, Beck, Moby, Credit Suisse, Glamour.com, E! Entertainment TV, The Oprah Network, CBS ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’, ‘Inside Edition,’ ‘Money Matters,’ The New York Times, Vogue, Elle, Money Magazine, The New York Observer, VH1, Sean Young, Patrick Askin, Ian Whitt, Vivica Fox, Sean Young, Adrian Paul, and Deborah Twiss.

Mr. Frazier is an “OG” celebrity stylist, a beauty, pop-cultural style arbiter, a social media “micro-influencer,” and now because of his husband’s LDD (Lewy Body Dementia) diagnosis has evolved into a senior healthcare advisor.
