Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk is hiring a Business Office Manager Full-time for our Memory Care Assisted Living Community. The Business Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: processing payroll and employee benefits, workers compensation, personnel file maintenance and supervises the front desk concierge/reception staff. Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.
We require 2-3 years of experience in an Assisted Living facility. Must have experience with HR and employee relations. Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in payroll software a plus. Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
